Welcome to Govind, a pioneer in dairy excellence since 1995. Our journey, marked by a modern production process, has been steered towards a pan-India presence and global recognition under the visionary leadership of Mr. Sanjeev Naik Nimbalkar, our esteemed Chairman. At the heart of our evolution is a steadfast commitment to delivering ‘Value to the Farmers and Quality to the Consumers.’
In a world where today’s consumers are discerning and well-informed, Govind strives to strike the perfect balance between superior quality and accessible pricing. Understanding that quality extends beyond the product to encompass hygiene and prompt delivery, our Chairman’s non-linear goals chart a course for comprehensive growth.
At Govind, we believe that true brand success emanates from a shared vision. Mr. Naik Nimbalkar has instilled this vision across our organization, fostering a mindset shift, developing new competencies, and nurturing a culture of meritocracy. We understand that every member of the Govind family plays a vital role in elevating our brand.
Our journey begins with an unwavering commitment to quality assurance. From conducting workshops for milk farmers to ensure hygiene standards to maintaining the health of our cattle through a dedicated team of veterinary professionals, we leave no stone unturned in delivering excellence from farm to table.
Govind’s unique partnering model not only elevates the lives of dairy farmers but also benefits financial institutions, insurance companies, and most importantly, our consumers. This holistic approach extends beyond business to contribute significantly to employment generation in the Phaltan region.
Expanding our offerings beyond the initial focus on milk, Govind proudly supplies Skimmed Milk Powder, Whole Milk Powder, and ghee to nationwide retail markets. Our products also serve as essential ingredients for major Indian and international manufacturers, earning contracts with prestigious institutions like the Tirupati Balaji temple.
As we continue to grow, Govind remains dedicated to the values that have shaped our journey—prosperity for farmers, uncompromising quality, competitive pricing, delightful taste, and seamless delivery. Join us in savoring the success of Govind, where excellence is a tradition and the journey continues to unfold.
Our vision is to guarantee consumer satisfaction through the consistent delivery of quality and value. Simultaneously, we aim to empower our farmers, fostering self-dependence and happiness among them.
Our mission is to empower farmers to efficiently produce premium dairy products, establishing ourselves as a cherished brand for consumers, envied by competitors, and valued by shareholders.
We adhere to the core values of farmer-centric commitment, quality assurance, community partnership, integrity, and innovation in all our undertakings. We aim for exceptional customer service in every aspect of our operations.
“The Happy Makers”: Mr. Sanjeevraje Naik Nimbalkar often emphasizes, “We, as a brand, spread happiness by taking responsibility for our farmers, partners, employees, and eventually our consumers.” Our commitment extends to empowering farmers with innovative dairy farming practices, providing them not just a livelihood but a new way of living. Introducing techniques and processes that promote self-reliance, Govind ensures our farmers are not just contributors but are free and content.
To keep every partner in the value chain happy, we’ve established a foolproof system promoting seamless coordination. This ensures that everyone understands the secret recipe, minimizing confusion, grievances, and communication gaps. Taking this commitment further, Govind launched a new brand campaign in 2014, strategically revamping our brand positioning: The Happy Makers.
Although Govind Milk was founded in 1995, the milk business has deep roots in the Chairman’s family. The erstwhile princely state had a privately run dairy farm with over 300 cattle, featuring breeds like Sahiwal, Gir, Hariyanvi, among others. This legacy underscores our rich history in the dairy industry, shaping our commitment to happiness, responsibility, and innovation.
His multifaceted involvement underscores his commitment to community development, education, healthcare, and sports, reflecting a rich and varied professional journey.
